Yesterday was the best trip and most exhausting.
We went to I.C.E which is a culinary School.
To join the school you must finished high school and you have to pay $33,250.it’s Worth it though. I also learned that the most important
thing about cooking is learning how To
use a knife. We also went to Eataly which is based on Italy. The food there is
expensive but good . yesterday I learned a lot and I might use those method in
real life.
Nice post, David. Do you remember why Fred said that the cost of ICE is worth it? Did you agree with him? After this week, what is your opinion about going to culinary school before entering the field?
