Butter Beans Behind the Scenes






This morning, the Culinary Careers Rensizzle group met with Chef Allen at the Butter Beans kitchen, located in Sunnyside, to learn more about who provides our school lunches.  We learned about what makes it different from last year's meals.  For example, they use produce from local farms.  Also, we  learned about some of the different responsibilities associated with a catering company:  delivery, specialty chef, communications management, CEO, and more.
